How do I get to you?

Give us a call today to get more information about viewing the property by calling 877-717-5263.  Appointments are limited. Coming out and visiting is required, we do not pre-sell or sell anything that is not verified by customer personally.

Can I come visit?

Absolutely, a land representative can get you scheduled to come visit with us.  Due to restrictions we are limited throughout the day on Oct 15th. Calling early is encouraged.

What should I expect when I get there?

Coming to visit us on sale day only means coming to view the property, seeing everything that is available and viewing the sale day pricing that will be offered as we drive around.  Purchases can be made that day, but is not required.

If I do see something that we want to purchase?

Finding a piece of property will be easy, we have many types, acreage, views, lakefront, pond front, etc... If you do see something and want to purchase, 20% down is typically all that is required on sale day.

How long does it take to view everything?

Most people can view the properties in 30mins to an hour.  We will have refreshments in the morning and lunch on the property as we view the properties.

Is this an auction?

This property is not being sold in auction fashion with the only similarity being you must be present and view the property prior to any possible purchasing. We sell properties first come, first serve.  There is no bidding or escalating of prices at any time.  We will have extremely great values on this grand opening liquidation and getting an early appointment time to view the property is essential and encouraged.
